Shipping policy
Where and how we ship
Every Retro IT T-Shirts item is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Once your order is placed, it goes to our print partner, gets printed and quality-checked, and ships to you with a tracking number.
Production time
Orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days. During launches and the holiday season this can run a day or two longer; we'll email you if anything is delayed.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- United States: FREE standard shipping on orders of $40 or more. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $5.96 (one tee) or a weight-based rate for larger orders, shown at checkout. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia: International rates are calculated at checkout. Typical delivery is 7–15 business days after shipping. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Exact rates for your address are shown on the checkout page before you pay — no surprises.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the print shop. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Changing or cancelling an order
Because each shirt is printed just for you, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production — usually within 12 hours of placing it. Email us right away at the address on our Contact page and we'll do our best.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll either track it down or send a replacement at no cost. Items that arrive damaged or misprinted are replaced free — just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery.
